My EC sensor seems to work in a conductivity standard “if” the probe is entirely submerged in the liquid (i.e. the SST probe part). My 1.9 ms/cm standard reads correct @ 1.9 ms/cm. If it’s only halfway inserted, it reads about half of 1.9 is this correct in soil my EC reading is less than 0.1 all the time. Am i missing something here? These are seedlings so the soil does not have strong nutrient NPK
