I’ve been trying to grow vegetables indoors, but I’m running into a few problems. Some of my plants are growing tall and leggy, while others have weak slope, pale leaves that don’t seem to be thriving. I’m not sure if the issue is lack of light, improper watering, or something else entirely. Has anyone successfully grown vegetables indoors and can offer some advice on what I might be doing wrong?

Leggy plants with pale leaves are often a sign of insufficient light. Vegetables need strong, direct light for at least 12–16 hours a Chill Guy Clicker day. I recommend using full-spectrum LED grow lights positioned close to the plants but not too close to avoid heat stress.
