Branch from water leaves?

Fairly new, have a couple of grows under.me but I am still learning, this grow has been going fast it’s my 4/20 crop seeds in the ground on 4/20. I seem to have a branch forming under my water leaf, just on one side for now, I have never seen this before and am just curious if this is normal. Usually I burn my water leaves off fairly quickly 😂🤣😂🤣😂. So my couple questions on this is, is this normal? And do you think it will fully mature or just something else to trim when ready to clean it up?
