I know everyone will say to contact customer support but I legit have no where els to go. I called the number and it doesnt exist now, I recived an email saying my grow tents fan is out of stock and need to pay $80 to get the upgraded one or it will be sent 2 months from now when all of my seeds will be dead. I started germination already and it would cost more to get the seeds replaced rather than the fan. I tried to go online to buy the fan and it doesnt show an upgrade option or what kind of fan to buy. I dont know if they will send the tent without the fan or will wait for my response I cant send? i just want to know if i can still save my seeds.
