The combination of your carbon filter, 4″ inline fan, and oscillating fan should provide adequate air circulation within your grow tent.

So, no need to worry about adding an extra intake fan. Your current setup should suffice to maintain proper air circulation and ventilation in your grow tent.

It’s important to note that PPFD values can vary depending on factors such as testing height and environmental conditions. Additionally, measurements taken with mobile may introduce some differences.

Based on the other pictures you’ve provided, it seems that your light is functioning within normal parameters. However, to further troubleshoot, I recommend adjusting the light to 100% and conducting another round of testing with a different device if possible.
