I know to get an evaporative one.  I think that was atom that told me that.  Sorry if I’m wrong.  I can’t look back without losing this.  The only ones I can find that have a humidistat in them and can control exact rh levels are from this one company Aircare.  They look like a good company and make good humidifiers.  But before I go and shield $100 I wanted to get your guys feedback.  It’s a small area I need the humidifier for.  Maybe 75sqft.   It’s a triangle and I can’t remember how to figure sqft in a triangle.  Here’s the ones I’ve picked.

AIRCARE D-Series Small Home/ Large Room Humidifier (1,250 sq ft, White) https://a.co/d/6PByNL6

      AIRCARE 7D6 100 Tabletop Humidifier https://a.co/d/7Qsa862

@Keith THose AirCare look to be good machines. I’m looking at perhaps getting the bigger whole house one. We bought one of the new AC Infinity ones for our bedroom. We got the little T3 and it works great!, as long as you have pure, RO water to fill it with. Then there aren’t any ‘white powder’ issues. That comes from running city water through the ultrasonic ones. Here is the link, https://acinfinity.com/humidifiers/

I love how it works, hate having to add water 3 times a day (on high). It holds 4.5 liters and will go 10 hours on high, full mist, but is only good for a single room. House RH is about 33-35%. It will keep the bedroom at 40-45% with the door open and I have it set to shut off at 45% RH.

If I go for the whole house AirCare, it holds 6 gallons, https://www.amazon.com/AIRCARE-831000-Space-Saver-Evaporative-Humidifier/dp/B00WAC9VKQ?ref_=ast_sto_dp

That’s way more water than I want to try to get from our RO system, so I would need to replace the wick regularly, as the city water here is extreemly hard and calcified.

Here is my best tip, get it from Amazon, so if you don’t like it, it an EZ return.

Bro here’s a damn good one and they offer a 15 liter for 150 if you need a bigger one but I believe this 4.5 liter for 50 to 60 bucks is the way for you to go, I am definitely going to get me one they’re sold out on ac infinity website but gas organics has them I believe.I hope that this helps you out @keith

Whichever one you go with. I’d use distilled water so you don’t get mineral deposits all over the place. (White film)

I also wouldn’t put the humidifier inside that small space. Rather outside it, with extraction passively sucking in the humid air. This will make your RH more stable, than bouncing up & down when the fans are on.
I’m going on a water run tomorrow so I can chop my banana Kush down. RH here is about 40% inside the tent with a huge plant in there. So I’m going to need the humidifier in there with my fan blowing directly at it. I’m also going to run an intake from outside into the tent to keep temps in a nice range.

Thanks got those words man. Means a lot. I have walked face first into many problems, and found out the hard way. I don’t think I’d have it any other way tho.  It’s helped me get in tune with a lot.
