How do I change the settings on the thermometer?

For some reason the Fahrenheit went to Celsius and I didn’t see anything in the box that explained how to use the thermometer to change it back and I’ve been looking for a video but I’m not having any luck. Please send help!!! And thank you in advance!!!

You could try this method: In OFF mode, press the up and down keys at the same time.

Some advanced thermometers allow you to adjust settings such as Block Blast Puzzle temperature alarm thresholds or backlight settings. Refer to the thermometer’s manual for instructions on how to navigate through the options.
