I received my new SF humidifier, to go along with my new SF 4×2 tent. The humidifier tells me the RH is 62%, but the fan controller tells me the RH is 53%. I also placed three Hygrometers from Amazon in the tent. They read 55, 55, 54.
I’m now wondering why the SF humidifier seems to be so obviously wrong, and am second guessing this purchase.
The directions indicated I could calibrate the RH reading by up to 9+/-. I have done this by -9. So absent the calibration, the reading would 71%.
Am I missing something?
