Even at the risk of posting in the wrong forum, I’m going to ask here anyway.
My goal: I want a complete system that I can monitor and control via app (even from the DMZ). I chose Spider Farmer products. But like this forum, it seems to be a rather immature system in beta status.
About the forum: I couldn’t for the life of me create a signature in my profile. There is simply no way to save the changes I have made. In addition, everything looks “a little” broken and the system (at least from Germany) is very, very slow.
About the grow system: I have the following components:

Problem 1 – WiFi & Bluetooth: I have connected the controller and the power strip to the WiFi. However, it is not possible to access the device via app (or otherwise) if I am within my network. I have to switch off the WiFi on my smartphone and can only then access the Spider Farmer system via Bluetooth using the app. Access from outside the DMZ is basically not possible. Therefore, it is simply useless for mobile control.
Problem 2 – Graphic display/historical values: It is simply not possible to display any value historically. Only individual data points are available. This function is therefore also useless:
Problem 3 – Renaming connections: It does not seem to be possible to rename the individual connections on the power strip. These are simply numbered “Socket 1-10”. Renaming to “Camera”, for example, is not possible:
Problem 4 – Irrigation with the Spider Farmer Auto Drip Irrigation System Kits: The system CANNOT be integrated into the existing Spider Farmer system. Despite all the sensors in the rest of the system, only timed irrigation is possible. Irrigation, depending on the soil moisture, is not possible. This irrigation system is therefore unusable.
Problem 5 – Web interface / SNMP query: Yes, neither the controller nor the power strip have a web interface. It is also not possible to query the devices via SNMP and thus integrate them into an existing smart home system.
Problem 6 – CO2: There is no CO2 system (at least not in Germany). So you have to be creative yourself.
Problem 7 – The tent: Here, with the Spider Farmer Grow box complete set SF2000 60x120x180cm, it seems that they simply forgot to provide access from the outside in the lower area. I now have almost all of the Spider Farmer devices. This includes a fan heater and the humidifier. The lowest access from the outside on this model is in the middle on the back. However, if the tent is against the wall, this access cannot be used. I can’t insert the hose for the humidifier and the fan heater close to the floor. There is simply no access for it. This is clearly a design flaw.
These are the problems I have encountered so far. Another fan problem will hopefully be resolved once I get a new fan (at least I hope that Spider Farmer keeps its promise and supplies me with a suitable fan)

Auch auf die Gefahr, dass ich hier ins falsche Forum poste, fange ich trotz dem mal an hier zu fragen.
Mein Ziel: Ich möchte ein Komplettsystem, welches ich per App (auch aus der DMZ) überwachen und Steuern kann. Die Wahl fiel auf Spider Farmer – Produkte. Es scheint aber wie dieses Forum hier auch, ein eher unausgereiftes System im Beta-Status zu sein.
Zum Forum: Ich habe es ums verrecken nicht hin bekommen, eine Signatur in meinem Profil zu erstellen. Hier fehlt schlichtweg die getätigten Änderungen zu speichern. Zudem schaut alles “ein wenig” kaputt aus und das System (zumindest aus Deutschland) sehr, sehr langsam.
Zum Grow-System: Ich habe folgende Komponenten:

Problem 1 – WLan & Bluetooth: Ich habe den Controller und die Steckdosenleiste in das WLan gebracht. Es ist aber nicht möglich, auf die Gerät via App (oder anders wie) zuzugreifen, sofern ich mich innerhalb meines Netzwerkes befinde. Ich muss beim Smartphone das WLan ausschalten und kann erst dann via Bluetooth über die App auf das Spider Farmer-System zugreifen. Von Extern aus der DMZ ist ein Zugriff grundsätzlich nicht möglich. Daher ist es für eine Mobile Kontrolle schlichtweg unbrauchbar.
Problem 2 – Grafische Anzeige/Historische Werte: Es ist schlichtweg nicht möglich, irgend einen Wert wirklich historisch anzeigen zu lassen. Es sind nur einzelne Datenpunkte verfügbar. Entsprechend unbrauchbar ist diese Funktion auch:
Problem 3 – Anschlüsse umbenennen: Es scheint nicht möglich zu sein, die einzelnen Anschlüsse der Steckdosenleiste umzubenennen. Diese schlichtweg durchnummeriert mit “Steckdose 1-10”. Ein Umbenennen in beispielsweise “Camera” ist nicht möglich:
Problem 4 – Bewässerung mit dem Spider Farmer Auto Drip Irrigation System Kits: Das System geht NICHT in das bestehende Spider Farmer-System zu integrieren. Trotz aller Sensoren des restlichen Systems, ist lediglich eine zeitliche Bewässerung möglich. Eine Bewässerung, abhängig von der Bodenfeuchte ist nicht möglich. Daher ist dieses Bewässerungssystem unbrauchbar.
Problem 5 – Webinterface / SNMP-Abfrage: Ja,- weder der Controller noch die Steckdosenleiste verfügen über ein Webinterface. Ebenfalls ist es nicht möglich, die Geräte via SNMP abzufragen und dadurch in ein vorhandenes Smarthome-System einzubinden.
Problem 6 – CO2: Ein CO2-System gibt es nicht (zumindest nicht in DE). Daher muss man hier selbst Creativ werden.
Problem 7 – Das Zelt: Hier scheint man beim Spider Farmer Grow box complete set SF2000 60x120x180cm schlichtweg den Zugang von außen im unterem Bereich vergessen zu haben. Ich habe ja nun fast alle Geräte von Spider Farmer. Dazu gehört eben auch ein Heizlüfter und der Luftbefeuchter. Der niedrigste Zugang von außen, befindet sich bei diesem Modell aber mittig auf der Rückseite. Wenn das Zelt aber an der Wand steht, ist dieser Zugang nicht nutzbar. Den Schlauch für den Luftbefeuchter und den Heizlüfter kann ich nicht in Bodennähe einführen. Dafür gibt es schlichtweg keinen Zugang. Das ist eine klare Fehlkonstruktion.
Das sind so erst einmal die Probleme, über die ich bisher gestolpert bin. Ein weiteres Ventilatorproblem wird sich hoffentlich erledigen, wenn ich einen neuen Ventilator bekommen habe (zumindest hoffe ich, dass Spider Farmer diese Zusage einhält und mir einen entsprechenden Ventilator liefert)
