There’s a lot of ignorance out there and one of the benefits of legalization is the regulation of production to keep things like the  PGR’s out (to be clear kelp or alfalfa are also PGR’s but natural and non toxic compared to those used in ornamentals which shouldn’t be used on pot but commonly are) while also making it easier for the consumer to educate themselves.

Outside of PGR’s you’re looking at a good, stable climate and CO2 supplementation to increase growth to get large, dense buds assuming you have the right genetics.  Until you’re room is dialed in and your feedings are on point (basically once you’ve eliminated all limitations on growth except CO2) it’s not worth using though as it’ll just accelerate any issues in the grow.
