  When do you start LST?

  I usually start when the plant has at least 5-6 nodes under the actual top of the plant.
  This is the same time I would TOP the plant if I’m not going to just use LST.
  Topping & stem manipulation can make for some pretty fat stalks.

  Yeah i basically just top mine then a little lst. I just pull branches down to grow in the shape of a U
